Tracey Maconachie is a seasoned public speaker, executive advisor, and leadership coach with over 35 years of experience leading teams and organizations across the public, private, and non-profit sectors.

I support clients across a wide range of sectors, including nonprofits, small and medium organizations, and international corporations. The pattern is the same across all of them. Leaders know where they want to go, but the path isn’t always clear.
As a Leadership Coach, Executive Coach and Keynote Speaker, I help them understand what’s getting in the way and build the confidence and capability to move ahead with purpose. The Founder
My approach is grounded in practical wisdom and more than 25 years of executive experience across public service, association management, innovation ecosystems and health-adjacent sectors such as biotech and pharma. I’ve led teams of more than 800 through growth, conflict and uncertainty, including during COVID, and have worked inside organizations where stakes are high and decisions are complex.
This experience shapes the way I support leaders today: honest, grounded, strategic and focused on building capacity rather than dependency.
